In a career spaning over ten years, PEGZ has forged a home at the absolute forefront of Australian Hip -Hop.

His dedicated and focused approach has established him among the foundational voices in this increasingly influential movement, as both a prolific solo MC and as CEO of the most successful independent Australian Hip Hop label Obese Records.

Pegz' accolades include 2003's best Hip-Hop release with his debut album 'Capricorn Cat', his critically heralded 2005 album, Axis, gained feature album status on triple j and dozens of community stations across Australia, including the prominent 4ZZZ and FBI.

He's worked with scene legends Jase (Nubreed), Plutonic Lab (Muph & Plutonic) and Suffa (Hilltop Hoods). Having achieved a personal benchmark with his new album, 'Burn City', Pegz will shift focus moving forward, feeling the time has come for collaborative work.
